These attractive blinds come with a matching 3-1/4 inch tall crown valance, 2 inches in width, with returns that cover corners and hardware neatly. This elegant valance adds visual appeal and a trim, polished appearance to any window or door, without the need for extra accessories.
The high-quality 2-inch faux wood slats are made of PVC for a durable, smooth finish that is moisture resistant. Unlike wooden slats, this engineered faux wood prevents warping, peeling, or staining, even in high humidity or exposure to sunlight. They are easy to clean with a small cloth, feather duster, or vacuum with a soft brush attachment.
Installation is easy, with all necessary hardware and instructions included. For an inside mount, account for the hardware by ordering a size 3/8 inch smaller than the window width. Note that a 1-inch difference or more creates a large light gap. For an outside mount, we recommend adding 2-6 inches to your window's height and width for light control and privacy.
The cordless design is safe for homes with children and pets. These blinds are certified "Best for Kids!" - complying with the American National Standards Institute (ANSI) window covering safety standards.
