In 1979, in the small suburb of Culver City, Los Angeles, my parents, filled with nostalgia for their childhood home in India, opened the first International Grocery Store of its kind. I, Suneel Chander, grew up in that very shop, and today I am the co-founder of Rani Brand Authentic Indian Products.
Looking back at that time, I feel the love, understanding, and passion for the spices, food, and each other that my parents had, which is what makes our brand what it is today.
